At Weldon, wellbeing isn’t an add-on: it’s the foundation of everything we do. Guided by the PERMAH wellbeing model – Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health – we create programs that help your child thrive.
How does this work in childcare and early years? Our team of educators create learning and play moments where wellbeing is at the heart of each day.
How does this work in OOSH? Kids choose from a range of daily extra-curricular clubs, like Cartooning, Football, Martial Arts, Crochet, Community, and Craft.
This wellbeing-first approach is what makes Weldon different, giving families confidence that their child is growing, learning, and enjoying every day.

How it works at Weldon
Choose your program – Childcare or Early Learning (0–5) or OOSH (5–12).
- Choose the closest location – Choose the service that is easist to access as a busy family.
Enjoy daily wellbeing & clubs – Guided by the PERMAH wellbeing model, enjoy activities and clubs like Cartooning, Soccer, Martial Arts, Crochet, and Craft.
Simple enrolment – Apply online and our friendly team will make enrolment and accessing the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) easy and affordable.
