Weldon is proud to be the 2025 Inner West Most Inclusive Employer of the Year!
The team at Concord West Early Learning and OOSH have worked closely with our partner NOVA Employment, to ensure that children with diverse needs are represented by educators with similar backgrounds and needs.
We’re committed to delivering an educational and care experience where every child and their family will feel included and respected.
Congratulations to Kylee and the team, and to our community partner NOVA Employment, for helping us bring our purpose to educate, empower, and support the wellbeing of every child and their family to life.

Learning That Lasts a Lifetime
We are a proudly not-for-profit provider of Out of School Hours (OOSH) Care and Early Learning across Sydney.
Since 1990 Weldon has offered quality education and care to children, families, schools and the community.
We partner with schools, sporting organisations, and groups throughout the community to help support children’s wellbeing and create life-long skills – and fun memories!
We work with children and working families to engage in activities which will help them develop a lifelong love of learning and positively engaging in life.
At Weldon, we are purpose driven. Our purpose is to educate, empower, and support the wellbeing of every child and their family.
For years, our passion for the provision of education and care to children and their families has allowed us to play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of countless families, particularly vulnerable families and those experiencing hardship.
Our centres provide a nourishing environment for each child to grow a natural sense of curiosity, where friendships flourish and the love of learning arises!
Our mission is to provide a range of children and family services that care for and support children in quality educational and recreational environments; assist families to achieve work, education, and family aspirations; and support families in their child-rearing practices and build family capacity.

We are investing in brighter futures for all children
Our services span early childhood education, out of school hours care, vacation and pupil-free day programs, and child and family support.
We prioritise vulnerable communities, and ensure equitable access to education and resources that foster children’s growth and stability.
By reinvesting surplus funds into initiatives for vulnerable and at-risk families, we amplify our social impact and uphold our commitment to equitable access to education.

We are proud to be educators
We are also citizens and active members of the communities we proudly serve across Sydney.
Building meaningful relationships is what life is about, so we choose to work with local not-for-profits, community organisations, and surrounding schools to strengthen our community and ensure children and families can benefit from education.
We reinvest our profits into programs which directly support vulnerable children and families.
