- What makes Weldon different is our explicit focus on wellbeing. We use the internationally recognised PERMAH framework to create daily experiences.
- Each day, we offer children a choice of multiple daily extra-curricular clubs designed to support various aspects of their wellbeing.
- Children make decisions that shape their OOSH experience, making decisions on adding new extra-curricular clubs through to daily menu choices.
- We nurture children’s wellbeing through play, creativity, sports, learning new skills, and contributing to the community or environment.

How it works
Our before and after school programs offer a safe place for your children to engage in activities that interest them and support their wellbeing.
Each centre has two leaders, our Directors and Assistant Directors, who support the educators who provide the best experiences for your child.
We offer fantastic educator-to-child ratios, ensuring a more engaging and well-supervised space for children to play and engage.
Before School – Preparing Positively
Helping your child prepare positively for their day ahead, our team of educators ensure your child is ready to head to school for a day of learning.
After School – Freedom to Flourish
A variety of activities that are fun, rewarding, relaxing, or interesting. They choose which activities or clubs to participate in based on their preferences.
